Our popular Barn Talk and Masterclass USA returns in September with event rider Liz Halliday-Sharp.
As well as being international three-day eventer who has competed at CCI4* level, Liz is also a professional racing driver and TV broadcaster and presenter.
After many years of juggling competing in both sports, Liz is now focussed on eventing and hopes to represent the USA at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
Originally from California, she is mainly based in the UK at a beautiful yard in East Sussex, which is where we meet her in Barn Talk.
Liz gives us a tour of her fabulous facilities and introduces us to her top horses, including Deniro Z, who she is aiming at Tokyo. We also find out more about the woman behind her sport, and she tells Jenny why she has given up motor racing to focus on eventing full time.
In the Masterclass USA Liz shows us how to train horses at different levels over skinny fences. She starts with a green six-year-old, before bringing out her top horse Fernhill By Night.
Both these shows premiere on Saturday 8 September. Barn Talk: Liz Halliday-Sharp is on at 9pm which is followed by H&C Masterclass USA: Liz Halliday-Sharp at 9.30pm.
